Final Transition ( emo… )

A group work in which we have to do a narrative showing transitions. The representation in the video was in abstract form without using our vocals to express our emotions. It was combine extraction of what we learned in Fundamentals of Visual Design through colour and compositions.

On Working this project, there was lot of learning in respect of time management, Filming a video from a scratch to its final output stage, working as a whole team and respecting everyone’s idea’s, how colours & compositions plays a important role in depiction through this medium of conveying idea. The task was little bit difficult because we had to represent in abstract way only by mimic (without audio), actions and background music. In early stages we were moving little bit wrong direction of that abstract but we finally managed to do this. It was quite fun by doing this. hoping you will enjoy the video :)

Other ideas, before reaching the final video (Draft video) :

On early stage of this project we were doing stop motion on background part by showing different colours and compositions expressing the emotions which we were depicting. In the foreground part we were playing with fingers to show different emotions like as in background part. the fingers were depicting as human’s abstract form by covering it by different 3-D figures as a dress like : cuboid, cone, cube, sphere by concerning the emotions expressing by that figures and we were little bit confused about the finger depiction as in abstract way. After showing it to faculties as a draft idea, they made us little bit more clear view about the assignment. After that we were clear about the assignment and depiction.
